The ISO Shredder Kit is the best new closed cell cutter for cutting, shaving, or grinding 2# closed cell (and open cell) foam; the full kit includes:

If you're a spray foam contractor using closed cell foam in full-fill applications such as window headers, sea containers, tightly framed walls, ceilings/overhead work, etc or for overspray control, this closed cell cutter is a great help. Lighter weight than many other tools of the trade (15-17 lbs lighter than some!), made of incredibly rugged stainless steel, this 2# closed cell (or open cell) foam shaving tool has your back. The aluminum drum utilizes the same design in a lighter weight, mid-strength option between the heavier duty stainless steel (included) and the composite plastic drums (not included in this kit). The stainless steel design is specifically made to help with foam removal on substrates such as wood studs without damaging the stud (use common sense, correct amounts of pressure). Be sure to remove or avoid nails, screws, plumbing plates, electrical boxes, etc. for the sake of damage to the nails, screws, plates etc and/or damage to the drums, respectively.
