Order Processing & Delivery Policy:
Processing of orders varies by product. For orders outside the continental U.S. please contact us at support@rrctools.com for a shipping estimate. Canadian customers please be patient as we are gathering the required documentation for shipping to you as quickly as possible; email us at support@rrctools.com your interest in purchasing so we extend the introductory pricing for your order, should it change.

Our goal is to ship your order accurately and for it to arrive in good condition. If your delivery is damaged during shipping, is missing product, or contains damaged or unsatisfactory products, please contact us at support@rrctools.com for a warranty claim form within 14 days of shipment with photos depicting the issue so that we may process a refund or replace your item as needed.

If you reside in a country that collects VAT or import taxes on foreign purchases, please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying all required VAT and Taxes per your country's rules upon delivery of your package. I do not collect or remit taxes on your behalf.
