Refund policy

RRC Tools' ISO Shredders, ISO Cores and barrel straps are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the normal life of the product. We do not accept warranty claims on keychains. This warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse, accidents, neglect, or damage caused by use of the product for a purpose other than intended. While RRC Tools' warranty does not extend to the Eastwood Contour SCT (Surface Conditioning Tool) sold as part of our Foam Shredder Kit, you may reference Eastwood's warranty information on their website.

Please note that our ISO tools are designed for specific applications and the composite items wear similarly to a weed whacker string line in that they are made for working on foam (grass) not wood, metal, pvc, etc (bricks, rocks, concrete, etc) and that when working with materials that are highly abrasive or corrosive even the highest quality tools will experience accelerated wear. Please ask us for a recommendation if you have any question about the application of our tools for a specific use. RRC Tools' ISO Shredders, ISO Cores, keychains and/or straps are not fire resistant. DO NOT expose to open flame or areas of intense heat.

Consumables, unless deemed defective, are not covered by warranty. At RRC Tools' request, the purchaser must return to RRC Tools any products claimed defective in material or workmanship under this warranty (freight prepaid by the sender). A Return Authorization is required for any returned products. Customer Service will respond to your claim via e-mail with your Return Authorization number. When your return is received, we will replace the item in question, at our discretion.
